Cold 27 degrees
We had a seven inch snowstorm yesterday, the first of the season.It has been warm up till now with temps in the 40s.
I have been going through another crisis in my life. For over a week I have had the tingles throughout my body. I wet to Dr. Spendlove and he said I had hyperventilation syndrome, where I have an alkaline solution in the blood..The symptoms are also that of multiple schlerosis. needless to say that worried me. He has me on Librium a mild tranquilizer. I have strong wonderings about what is really going on and I suppose we always fear the worse. On my bad day before going to the Dr. I was wishing for a blessing Frank Andreason called and asked if i would like a blessing. I said yes. When he blessed me and told me to faith in the Lord and counsel with him about my ailments about my decisions to let him be my partner. Well here is hoping that it isn't MS and i can start to feel better.

I can't believe I have waited so long to write in this journal, I have really been a slouch. first of all I still tingle especially my tongue, it tingles and swells. this after about a period of 3 weeks. Worry worry as time goes by and no change.
Our family had a great Christmas..What they got.
Jamie, Electronic baseball game, airplane, and clothes.
Joey, Electronic game, racetrack, and clothes.
Ryan, Dareplane, CrissCross Crash, and clothes.
We spent 5 days in Orem with my Mother. This was a good quiet time. In OremI ran a mile every day and played basketball with Alan Boyack. I have been running a mile a day since before Christmas and haven't quit yet. I am now running a 8 minute mile when I started it was a 15 minute mile. I am dieting, I have lost 12 pounds. I started at 210 and I am down to 198. In world news , we have 50 hostages in Iran for over two months. Russia invaded Afghanistan. Gold soared to $630 an ounce, incredible something needs to break.In church we set apart a new Elders Quorum President in Davis Second ward. His name is Craig Rogers. He will be very good.
In school things are in a jumble..Thats life.  I attended a winter administrators conference at the School Board office todayI love my wife and family first and most of all  everything else needs to be after that in this life. While reading this I must say I certainly love my father in heaven also.

Resolutions 1980
1. weigh 180 lbs.
2. Run at least 2 mile everyday
3. Read 1 book every 2 weeks
4. Do temple work, at least 12 names.
